Sur lie rosso Appenninico
Sur Lie Appenninico is a sparkling red wine produced by Barone Campanino. It is macerated with Colorino and Ancelotta grapes for 7 days. It is then aged for months in an oak barrel, after a second fermentation in the bottle, on yeast for 12 months.
The Barone Campanino family manages the 10 hectares of vineyard, excluding from the processing practices every element attributable to synthetic chemical substances, insecticides, or non-natural fertilizers according to the methods of organic and biodynamic agriculture.
