Max and Bien’s Hickory Smoked Cheese is a rarity. This cheese packs a punch having been smoked over hickory wood chips in a special oven. The smokey flavor contrasts well with its texture, creamy and airy like a mozzarella.
This cheese is ripened for 3 weeks, to firm up and let the flavors develop even further.
