Garlic and Herbs is a silky cheese with a similar taste to Boursin. Even if it's made from cashew, this tasteful cream isn't focused on the nutty flavor but resembles more fresh and airy cheese.
Made in Switzerland from cashew nuts. Fermented using the traditional Swiss cheesemaker method.
Ingredients: Cashew nuts * (48.5%), water, herbal mixture (1%) (chives *, garlic *, parsley *), rock salt, vegan fermentation cultures (* from certified organic cultivation CH-BIO-086)
