Max and Bien’s Hickory Smoked is a rarity. It packs a punch having been smoked over hickory wood chips in a special oven. The smokey flavour contrasts well with its texture, creamy and airy like a mozzarella.

Hickory Smoked is ripened for 3 weeks, to firm up and let the flavours develop even further.
