This is 100% Syrah pressed-direct to make a remarkably delicate, floral wine which sings with white flowers and raspberries. Despite the relatively high-toned fruit and aromatics, there’s complexity and depth here by the bucketload. Great drinking now, and will age superbly too. Serve chilled.
