The bridge between orange wine and white wine. Made from Furmint grapes in Serbia, this wine was created by a short skin contact technique and aged in an oak barrel. Yellow apple, grapefruit to white flowers are brought by its white aspect, followed by a hint of honeycomb and stone fruits from its orange nature. Serve at 10-12°C for the most refreshing experience.
Orange wine is made from grapes, and not oranges. It gets its characteristic color the same way a rosé does: through a technique called skin contact. White wine is soaked with white skin grapes and left to macerate. The result is a bright and amber color, accompanied by citrus zest, quince, and stone fruit notes.
