Pepperjack Sandwich

Ingredients

 

Direction

  1. Clean and cut the onions into chiffonade.
  2. Fry onions in olive oil. Add sugar, wine, bay leave and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cook it for 20 minutes until it gets juicy and tender.
  4. Cut the pepperjack in triangles and bild the sandwich with the caramelized onion
